Lovely central hotel,large comfortable bedrooms which were lovely and warm,loads of hot water and fluffy towels. Breakfast was very good with a great variety of choices.Bar area very cosy and the "real fire"just adds to the ambiance. Thank you to all the staff who are so pleasant and helpful

Quite a cozy little place. We only visited the bar, but the staff and other patrons were friendly and the prices quite reasonable. Seems a good place for small groups. We stayed for several pints... Just to make sure. I look forward to a return trip!
Small homely hotel, steps to all the rooms. Our room was small and very warm. Plenty of cubbord space, but none big enough to store a suitcase, nor were there doors on them! The breakfast was excellent and didn't take long to arrive. Good bar food as well. All the staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly.
