Booked at taxi at 9:30 for 5 people the night before. We phoned the company after 5 minutes of waiting, to which they said it would be late due to the people before us being late to leave. The taxi finally arrived at 9:55, and we were late for our event. We used the same taxi on the way home and it was on time, however the driver proceeded to talk to a passerby for 10 minutes. Both drivers were nice and the price was reasonable.
Taxi never arrived, granted we only waited 15 minutes extra.EDIT after Company Response: First occasion where we did use this company, the taxi was indeed there at the correct time, the missed booking was our fault, not the company's. The second time we used this company, there was no appearance 15 mins after the booking time.
Husband booked a taxi on Friday for 11.30pm on Sat night, waited until 12am, never showed. Tried calling several times, no answer, left a voicemail, no-one responded. Left stranded in Portrush with two kids! No way to run a business, wish we'd read the other reviews first! I also notice that the only positive reviews on this is from the owner!!
Similar experience to Chris. Taxi booked, didnt show up, calls to the company unanswered. After waiting 25 minutes had to make alternative plans. Company needs to keep more accurate booking sheetsWouldnt recommend.
Booked 7 hours before pickup. Taxi didn't show nor were calls to the company answered so don't know why the taxi don't show but after 15 minutes we made alternative arrangements.
