Always have a walk around the White House whenever in Portrush and generally walk out with something I never went in for. Old style family department store. Toys, kitchenware, clothes, furniture, beds and a cracking cafe all under one roof.
Great place to shop. Staff lovely people and very friendly.
One of Portrushs landmark buildings housing a department store badly in need of a refurbishment. The staff are hardworking and friendly doing their best in the circumstances. The cafe was ok small portions and pricey. Excellent choice in the household dept. Menswear not to my taste. Bit old fashioned. Catering for the older patrons and tourists.
Love this shop. It has lots of different brands to choose from. Mostly looking in the kids section having branks like joules. Also has a great toy shop attached.Never go here without going for a cup of tea and a bun lovely cafe with nice choice of hot food or treats.
A nice change for a department store, as opposed to your Debenhams and John Lewis'. Plenty of choice, a nice cafe with comfy seating (if slightly dirty when we went in) and a wee toy store on the bottom floor too.This could have been better had there been more/wider elevators (although this may be due to the age of the building) and easier access around the shop for people with prams and strollers.
